Briske Joins Main Street Garden
Brad Briske has joined Main Street Café in Soquel as head chef.

Most recently of Gabriella Café in Santa Cruz, Briske trained as a vegan chef at the Natural Gourmet cooking school in New York City and did his internship at Millenium in San Francisco. After time at the Flea Street Café in Menlo Park, he moved to Santa Cruz, where he embraced organically produced meat from the local Lindencroft Organics farm.

A trip to Buenas Aires also inspired his menu selections.

At Main Street Garden he incorporates vegetables and herbs grown onsite along with other organic ingredients.
